DACCR RESOURCE DATABASE

Brief Synopsis

After many years of conferring with charities, low income clients and nonprofit organizations, it occurred to us that there was one thing lacking,

Word of mouth recommendation regarding resources available in any given area for these particular groups.

Thus, it became important to us to attempt to redress the balance. After speaking with these organizations and individuals, it seemed to be that the biggest stumbling block was the so-called efficient automated menu system that we all know and love on the phone. Thus, when setting up this database,we attempted to bypass this issue.

Basic operation

The client goes to the website, The DACCR-PROJECT.COM. The client then fills in a small online form specifying exactly what service or resource they’re looking for. The form is created to allow more than the standard 255 character allowance normally supplied by an online form, in short, you can enter in as much detail as you require in your own words. Upon submission, the form is sent directly to us or to my partners, who then access our OFFLINE database to get the information required. The resource database is held offline to protect the privacy of the clients and the businesses details in order to prevent hacking or other illegal actions. We hold client confidentiality to the highest degree and all businesses that submit registration to the database on notified of that decision, and clients, can also have the saus security knowing that their information is kept private and they may have access to it at any tius and no other party is allowed that information without authorization and agreement from the initial client.

Once we receive the information request we then read through it and we go through the listings we have and identify a person and direct contact phone number to that person ( including extension ) to facilitate further communications in the future.

All subsequent communications on this particular inquiry are followed up on from both the business and the client's viewpoint, and appropriate anonymous notes are taken to facilitate further word of mouth recommendations further down the line. In some cases, it is required that We, as a third party, act as advocate between the client and the business concerned. In this instance, detailed notes are taken from both parties' points of view, and we facilitate discussion between the two parties until a mutually satisfactory decision is reached. Once this decision has been reached, then our job is done. Nothing is to prevent either party from contacting us in the future regarding new inquiries or follow up from existing inquiries. This is the basis of the primary resource database.

Basic code of conduct

Any business is permitted to request inclusion in the resource database. This includes voluntary or non-profit organizations. Businesses however, are encouraged to submit a $300 per year subscription fee. Before you raise your eyebrows at this please note, for this donation, the businesses are receiving word of mouth recommendations based on performance not donations which of course cuts down on their advertising costs and increases their customer base by word of mouth recommendation. Furthermore, by virtue of this donation it subsidizes the charities and other low income clients who obtain these services completely free of charge.

If however, in dealing with them,we should receive any negative reports either by the Client, The Better Business Bureau or whichever relevant Consumer Protection Advocate organization becomes involved then said company is immediately held in abeyance for a period not less than 6 months. During that 6 month period, said business is expected to make good on all customer relations dealings and to have resolved all outstanding complaints and have been removed from the consumer support agencies involved. Upon receiving these assurances from the client and the business concerned they are then monitored for a further one month by us personally before being resubmitted to the database, however a new subscription fee will be applicable, this again will last for the term of one full year.

I have been establishing a team of people (our current complement is 25) who are ready to come on board to assist with the day-to-day running of the database. We have been shown interest by the organizations and the hospitals of which We are attempting to represent and also the clients that we had spoken with are showing great interest as well. As you can imagine however, this is not a project without cost, and although by word of mouth recommendation and by doing most of the hard work myself, We are able to keep costs to an absolute minimum, this can only work by spreading the word to as many sympathetic people or companies that would care to show an interest in what we are hoping to achieve.

We must emphasize, this is not a money spinning idea. Any money coming in will be plowed straight back into providing a better service for the clients there will be no profit there will be no wages donations in terms of equipment software and or manpower will always be gratefully received. As we say this is a project that we have spent a long time thinking about and we feel as if it will really benefit people. We are not in this for the money and anyone who thinks that they will gain financially by associating with this project will be sadly disillusioned.

In closing

I think this just about covers what we are trying to do and if you feel that either by word of mouth or through any public media I.e. Facebook, that you would be able to help support us in this endeavor I'd be extremely grateful and yes indeed as the website goes online the company logos will be put on there as a note of appreciation for what they have done other than that, We cannot give any further enumeration or reward. If you have any further questions please email us at daccr21@outlook.com or Call: (903) 405-0717 for more information.

We hope this helps.
